There are no additional charges involved on purchasing jewellery from Zaamor Diamonds. You are invoiced for the product & GST which is included int he product value. Zaamor Diamonds offers you free insurance and shipping within India.

How do I make payment for the jewellery that I want to order?
ZaAmor Diamonds provides you with wide range of options for making your payments. They include

  • Credit Cards (VISA/MASTERCARD)
  • Debit Cards
  • Net Banking

You also have an option to make payments via RTGS/NEFT. For safety reasons we do not store Credit Card or Debit Card numbers or CVV numbers or any such data on our website.

How do I know that my online payment is successful? What if there are errors in the process?
At Zaamor Diamonds, we have tied up with reputable payment gateways with strict processes and guidelines to ensure that your online shopping experience is safe, secure & hassle-free.
Once your payment has been successfully accepted for the order piece you have selected through our website, you will receive a “Transaction Successful” message on the website along with a Transaction ID. Zaamor Diamonds will also provide you with an ORDER ID once your payment is successfully verified. You will receive an email confirmation of the same. If due to any reasons, you are not sure about the transaction, please do not worry. You can contact our customer support team (1-800-102-2667) to verify if the transaction has been completed successfully or not. In the event you receive a message from your card (Credit or Debit) issuing bank that the payment was debited from your card, but you did not receive any Transaction ID (or) Order ID, please contact our customer support team (1-800-102-2667) to verify the same. If the transaction was not successful, you can contact your card (Credit or Debit) issuing bank & payment will be automatically reversed.

How do you ship jewellery? How do I know my jewellery is safe during shipping?
We at Zaamor Diamonds, take every precaution to ensure that jewellery you ordered reaches you in perfect condition. All Zaamor Diamonds products are thoroughly verified, securely packed and sealed in tamper-proof envelope. Zaamor Diamonds delivers the product only through reputable courier agencies such as Blue Dart or via Speed Post. All Zaamor Diamonds products are completely insured till your doorstep.
Please do not accept any package that is tampered with.

How can I track my order?
We at Zaamor Diamonds provide you with a consignment tracking number (or the airway bill number) as provided by the courier agencies. You can also contact our customer support team (1-800-102-2667) who will be more than happy to help you with your concerns.

How long will it take for Zaamor Diamonds to deliver the product to me?
Each product is marked with an estimated shipping date. Most of the products are available for immediate shipping, all other products are made to order and hence would require up to 14 days for us to ship those products to you.

What if I am not there at my home to receive the jewellery that I ordered?
Once your jewellery is ready for shipment - Our customer service executive will contact you to confirm and verify your availability for receiving the order. In case you anticipate that you will not be at home on the specific day, you also have an option to change the receiving address prior to the shipping. To ensure that the package reaches you directly and safely, we may request you to show us an identity and address proof document (Only Government Issued) at the time of delivery.
